To create my own zine I wanted to have an understanding of other famous magazines. Using Pinterest and other resources I was able to find a collection of zines that I found appealing. I also focussed on zines that covered a similar area of topics that I am interested in portraying through my zine.

Thrasher mag has been my favourite and main inspiration. I love the simplicity behind them, the use of a single title and one image with a subject is something the viewer is able to digest easily and gives the theme to the mag.
